WHY I DO THE WORK I DO

I've spent 13 years watching what happens when people don't speak up.

It's heartbreaking.

It destroys trust. It destroys performance. And sometimes, it destroys lives.

I've sat across from the person who was bullied for two years before anyone said anything.
The manager who genuinely didn't notice what his team experienced every day. The HR team managing the fallout of a grievance that started as a conversation that never happened.

Most organisations know this matters. Very few have built the capability to change it.

That's why I do this work.

I want to be known as the person who helps organisations build workplaces where people speak up because silence doesn't just cost productivity. It costs people.

THE MISSION

Blythe Rowe is a Speak Up Culture expert, keynote speaker and founder of Human Incite. After 13 years working in senior Human Resources and Organisational Development roles at McDonald's Australia and Bunnings, Blythe's obsession with people and performance led her to build the training organisation, Human Incite.

Today she works with some of Australia's most complex and high-pressure organisations: government departments, emergency services, large corporates, franchise organisations, asking one question: why do good people stay silent when it matters most? And building the capability to change that.

What Sets Blythe Apart?

She's lived it, not just studied it.

Thirteen years inside organisations, implementing best practise + the last thirteen years partnering with leading organisations helping them deal with toxic behaviour, disengaged teams and leaders avoiding the conversations they need to have. Blythe doesn't talk about this from the outside. She's been in the room. She knows what it looks like, what it costs, and what actually changes it.

She doesn't just inspire. She installs.

Every idea Blythe shares on stage or in classrooms has been tested across more than 17,000 people in real Australian workplaces. People leave her keynotes and masterclasses with tools they can use the next day, not just feelings that fade by Friday. That's not a training background. That's proof of concept.

She names the thing everyone's thinking.

Straight-talking. Occasionally uncomfortable. Always practical. Blythe has a gift for saying the thing that everyone in the room already knows but hasn't found the words for and then giving them the words to do something about it.

Behind the BRAND

When she's not on stage or in a classroom, Blythe lives on Sydney's Northern Beaches. She is the mumma to two incredible daughters, Mackenzie and Matilda. She's a dancer at heart, a closet nerd by habit, and still to this day will duck when a ball is hit in her direction.

She is a self-professed pilates junkie and in 2022 opened her own Pilates and Wellbeing studio, Soulhub Freshie - combining her passion for business and wellbeing. This business has tested many of her people strategies as she has built a brand from scratch in a completely new industry. In her spare time, she enjoys running reformer sessions, talking her Cavoodles, Ziggy and Winnie, for a long beach walk or ideally is jet-setting on a plane for a fun adventure.
