If you haven’t already, click on the video above to check out the very clever Coca Cola campaign, ‘Labels are for cans, not people’. It is absolutely brilliant!

IT CHANGES YOUR MIND, YOUR PERSPECTIVE, YOUR HEART!

Whilst we know this intellectually, us humans are inherently very biased creatures. Our challenge is how can we influence our own thinking and that of our teammates, our leaders and our clients in order to change minds, perspectives and hearts.

Because when we can do this, we can start to SMASH the STIGMA that plagues our workplaces and in the process, destroys individual’s confidence, self-worth & even identity.

That’s when we can create healthier, happier workplaces that optimise performance and wellbeing.

Remember, labels are for cans, not people!

Stay tuned for my next blog where I will share with you the one simple question that can help us smash stigma once and for all.

Until then, keep smiling,
