I’ve been a slack ass! In terms of writing my blogs, anyway.
Let me explain. For the last seven years, I've had this ritual, whereby every two weeks, I religiously write and distribute my blog. But in the last six weeks, I have really dropped the ball. I’ve written nothing, nada.
Years ago, I remember I was working with an organisation who owned and operated a number or medical centres in Sydney.
Upon investigation, what they discovered was there was one very senior Doctor who was behaving completely inappropriately towards the more junior staff within the team. This is where this story gets interesting and quite frankly, disappointing.

Us humans, we are judgemental creatures. The human brain likes to take shortcuts, labelling or stereotyping people, can be one of them. Essentially, “If you have a brain, you are biased”. The challenge is, many of these biases are unconscious. Meaning we have no idea that we have them. Some of them come from direct experiences, others come from environmental circumstances.
Car Shopping! I hate it! Not because I don’t like cars, because I do. I just hate the games that are part and parcel of buying a car.
