Today is Valentine's Day. A day where people all over the world express their feelings with loved ones to make them feel appreciated and forge a deep sense of connection.

Our team also needs to feel appreciated to deepen the connection, with you and with your organisational quest.

The current war for talent, globally, is insane! Firstly the challenge of attracting great people, from the limited talent pool is hard enough, and then the next challenge is retaining them.

So how do we build strong relationships with our team so they want to work for you and want to kick some serious goals vs showing up entitled or perform half-heartedly?

Importantly, how do we ensure that each of our team members feels “equally included” and connected, regardless of where they are working from?

In this quick video, I share with you three focus areas in order to help you create a deep sense of connection with your team. Bonus: it works for your loved ones too - my Valentine hack for you! 😆💖

Double bonus; when you master this, your team is more likely to feel good about themselves (that's nice), enjoy their work (that's important), and perform at their best (that's awesome)!

What’s not to love about that outcome!

So check out the video and share it with your team!

P.S. - keep an eye out for the upcoming vlog series that shares simple strategies under each of these three focus areas!

Keep connecting,
