Today we celebrate International Women's Day (IWD) and it makes me so proud as a woman and mother raising, two beautiful young women, that we take this day to showcase some amazing women and their impact on the world.
Our favourite book to read as a family is “Good night stories for Rebel Girls”. A coffee table book that artistically shares 100 tales of extraordinary women and girls and their achievements. If you haven’t read it, you must check it out, there is even a sequel.
It was a Monday morning, three months after an nine month leadership program I’d run had concluded.
I was checking in on the wonderful group of leaders who had recently graduated from the program. How were they? What progress had they made? Did they have any challenges they needed advice on? etc

My focus for 2018 was STRONGER! Little did I realise what was possible, when faced with a CHALLENGE and an inspiring GOAL.
Just over a week ago I was lucky enough to attend the 2018 Neuroleadership Summit.
Lucky, because it was an awesome conference, and doubly lucky as it happened to be in one of my favourite cities in the world, New York.
Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at the National Comcare Conference in Melbourne, talking all things safety leadership & creating a culture of safety - what a hoot.
Seriously, it was a really great conference. What always disappoints me is whilst the majority of organisations have all the right rhetoric regarding safety, statistics continue to show us that it often does not play out in great outcomes. But why?
